Topic Title:  Searching for the Maple Leaf

Mr. Varley writes the “Am I Wrong?” column for The Cosmos newspaper and will expand on his adventures of searching for Canadian products in the grocery stores. Just because it has a maple leaf logo on it, is it a Canadian product? Its confusing to discover which producers, manufacturers, and importers are really Canadian?  Are we reading labels correctly? Are we supporting the Canadian economy?  Are we supporting local businesses? In this troubling time of economic unrest, buying Canadian is more important than ever.
