A deep dive into the many faces of fraud today.” Constable Aquin is a long-time resident of Scugog Township, having lived on the island for over 21 years. Jim joined Durham Regional Police Service 22 years ago, working out of Whitby. After a transfer to the station in Oshawa and spending 15 years with the Forensic Identification Unit, Jim joined the North Division, building on a positive relationship with the communities of Uxbridge, Brock, Scugog, and the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation.
